We want to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within one business day of the order being placed and take 7-10 days to arrive by standard ground shipping.

Our online Clothing & Gear section features the current season’s line. If you find a product on the site, but the size and/or color you want is out of stock, email us at or call us at 1-203-540-5150. We will do our best to locate the product in one of our stores for no additional charge.

The shipping cost for international orders is determined by the value of your purchase. Due to very high international shipping rates, we only use Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 day delivery). Please refer to the chart below for international shipping rates.

Return Policy:
At OHO, we stand behind everything we make. If you have received a defective product, an incorrect size or just feel the item is not what you expected, send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days from ship date. Refunds will be based on method of original payment. In the event that the item was purchased with cash, we will issue a check for the correct amount. You will not be charged any additional shipping fee if an exchange is requested.

After 30 days, OHO will gladly exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt). Items returned after 30 days must be unworn, unwashed with original packaging and tags or defective.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES – with shipping – is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day).

Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund; without a receipt we will issue a merchandise credit.

We enclose a return form in every mail order package. If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to fill out this form to tell us if you want an exchange, credit or refund. If you do not have the return form, include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. OHO cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. If we cannot exchange the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or merchandise credit.
